Shipping information

United Parcel Service Inc. (UPS) will be responsible for shipping the purchases from Kentucky distribution center in USA. Your cost related with shipping and handling is based not only in the total weight but also in the volume of the order. Shipping services are provided on business days (Monday-Friday) and on Saturdays, excluding stat holidays. If the order is made before 12:00pm on a business day, likely it will be shipped in the same day.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email confirming your shipment when your package are shipped from our distribution center. Please note that there is a link to enable tracking your order in the email.

Returns policy

To be returned, the items should be at least 70% intact, have their original packaging and come along with the packing slip. The maximum days to returns the items is 50 days, since the shipping are made. Please be aware that normally the shipping expenses are not refundable.
